Bhriomhar Takes Bronze in Best of the Foothills! The Bhriomhar School of Irish Dance took third place in the annual Western Wheel Reader's Choice "Best of the Foothills" Awards! Thanks to everyone who cast their vote for Bhriomhar as the "Best Place to Take a Dance Class!" Bhriomhar to offer classes in Lethbridge starting in September 2010! We are pleased to announce the addition of Lethbridge to the Bhriomhar family. Lethbridge classes will commence on Saturday, September 11th, and will be held at the Bowman Arts Centre. Please see the Classes page for more details. Bhriomhar to perform at the Foothills Highland Games! Catch the Bhriomhar dancers performing in Okotoks for the Foothills Highland Games on Saturday, August 28th. This annual event draws spectators from all over Alberta in celebration of our Scottish and Irish heritage. Update: The Bhriomhar dancers will be performing on the grounds of Foothills Composite High School at 1 pm and again later that evening at the ceili! Don't miss it! New Studio Space for Okotoks! Check out the photos of our new studio space and professional sprung dance floor, located at Unit #2, 107 Stockton Point (behind Simply Floors and the Alberta Dance Academy off Crystalridge Drive.)
